FAQ

How does it work?

“A matter of nourishment” provides you nutrition consultations online and face to face. Consultations can be done in English and Italian. Face to face appointments are available in Dublin city centre on Saturday (8am-3pm) – occasionally, it’s possible to arrange an appointment out of these working hours. I’d like to be helpful for as many of you as possible so I will try to adapt the appointments’ times to your schedule when possible. For a business such as restaurants or cafès, and for corporate talks, contact me and we will fully arrange a meeting and a self-tailored action plan for your needs.
