Every day we make choices and we have the chance to choose to support our body and mind to stay HEALTHY, HAPPY, and STRONG.

My days, diet and routines haven’t always been like they are now. It took me a while and a lot of effort to change what didn’t work well, to figure out what was stopping me, to work on the roots of my problems, and to start creating lifelong healthy habits. Before, I couldn’t see clearly how much small daily choices affect, for example, your sleep patterns, digestion, food choices, energy level, and mood.

I knew that I needed a better connection with my body, more attention to my body needs, an increased confidence with my body and food choices. So I have decided to take the first step by putting myself first.

I have worked on my daily routines, and on my eating/cooking habits, using new food combinations, ingredients, and recipes. Slowly my diet was changing and I was adapting it to my own needs. I learned more about my limits, what was holding me back, and which was the real reason behind bad food choices or emotional eating. At the same time, has been important to look for an effective way to de-stress on a daily basis to support the change.

Now, every time I choose to say YES to have my health and well-being into my priorities, I also say YES to a better ENERGY, CLARITY, MOOD, and FOCUS.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

CONSULTATION (2 hours): an in-depth meeting with analysis of your consultation form and a 3-day food diary. You will have the chance to tell me more about your eating habits, lifestyle, nutritional and medical history. We will also talk about your goals, if you have ever tried to reach them and how did it go. The starting point of our chat will be a simple form that I will send to you before our meeting and a food diary that I will ask you to bring along. We will go through an analysis of your food diary, exercise, sleep, cooking habits, and all the things that can eventually affect your well-being.

After the consultation, I will send you a written summary in which I will include what we said during our meeting. It will include:

  • A PLAN: that will help you to get more clear on your goals and will be your starting point to start moving toward a healthier lifestyle. We will re-think your goals and I will help you to see them more clearly.
  • RECIPES: during the consultation, we will talk about your eating and cooking habits, and we will get the chance to mention recipes or ingredients that may sound new to you. I will include them in the summary so you will be able to start getting more creative in the kitchen.
  • PERSONALISED ADVICE: each consultation will be tailored to your individual needs. You will start learning how to stop comparing yourself to others and find your own way to a healthier you.
